Our Purebred Herds

Black angus HERD

Our Black Angus herd primarily consists of Schaff Angus Valley Genetics.  We are grateful for Kelly Schaff for helping build our herd by hand picking females out of his herd from elite cow families. SAV cattle have a worldwide reputation for consistent, reliable, quality Angus genetics with bred-in predictability. Six Diamond is one of the only SAV producers in the South West.

Picking

Limousin HERD

Our Limousin herd is composed of genetics from Carver farms which produces some of the best Limousins in North America. The late Rod Carver was instrumental in helping us establish a phenomenal herd of Limousins.

Together these two breeds can produce registered Limflex. The Limousin/ Angus cross allows them to combine the marbling and maternal qualities of the Angus with the heavy muscling of the Limousin.

Pride in our Craft

Six Diamond Cattle takes pride in producing cattle with superior genetics, sound confirmation and structure as well as animals that will continue to produce year after year. We have found both of these breeds thrive in our Arizona climate when conditioned properly. Thus proving that with superior genetics and breeding, these cattle can adjust and thrive wherever they are!

During the warm Arizona summers our cattle are raised and developed on lush irrigated bermuda pasture and are fed cut baled hay during the cooler months of Winter.

Crafting

Our apparel

Six Diamond Apparel was created to show off our elite herd as well as help support and grow our herd. Six Diamond Apparel is for the cow-loving, hard-working, tractor-driving, country boy in all of us.
